5+ years of experience working in customer service, specific to travel industry, reservations or booking appointments would be ideal.
2+ years of supervisor experience
Verbal and written communication skills
MS Office-Excel, Word & Outlook
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing high volume of calls, answering questions, checking reservation availability and booking reservations.
High volume of email correspondence as well.
Supervise a 3 person staff
Spanish speaker preferred but not required
