Customer Service Supervisor
Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $18.50
Location: Lake Forest


Job Description:
  • Processing high volume of calls, answering questions, checking reservation availability and booking reservations.
  • High volume of email correspondence as well.
  • Supervise a 3 person staff
  • Spanish speaker preferred but not required

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working in customer service, specific to travel industry, reservations or booking appointments would be ideal.
  • 2+ years of supervisor experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office-Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
