Job Description
MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER / Operator
TEMP TO POSSIBLE HIRE
LOCATION: LAGUNA NIGUEL
2nd Shift plus some overtime 1:30pm - 10pm
DESCRIPTION
Medical device assembler / Operator needed who is able to work under close supervision and follow detailed verbal and written instructions. Will perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass produce medical device products such as Stents, Filters, Balloon Catheters and others by performing the following duties. Will operate various catheter assembly equipment and manual processes to assembler catheters.
Operate catheter assembly and/or testing equipment
Manual assembly of a variety of components
Inspection of assemblies; including visual and the use of a microscope
Dimensional measuring
Conducting in-process and completed product testing
Variety of responsibilities associated with clean room maintenance and sanitation.
