E-commerce Company in Laguna Hills is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their growing team!!
Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Laguna Hills
- Manage all warehouse activities including daily operations, inventory control, productfulfillment, shipping and receiving, facility maintenance, compliance.
- Coordinates the receiving and storage of finished goods from production, receiving and storage.
- Tracks productivity to meet company's requirements and maximizes operational efficiency.
- Ensures that the department has the necessary equipment in order to perform the distribution functions.
- Responsible for training and orientation of warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures.
- Communicates with colleagues across departments, maintaining frequent
- Strong management and leadership abilities
- Ability to training of new warehouse team members
- Positive attitude and desire to provide excellent service
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years distribution or warehouse operations experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Experience writing SOPs and training warehouse employees
- Ability to oversee up to 30 people during busy season
- Forklift Training a plus
