Job Description
Growing, Fast paced, Construction Service Company in South OC is searching for a Office Administrator to work a full time position.

Position: Office Administrator
Salary: $80k-$100k
Where: South Orange County

Responsibilities:
  • See jobs through the process on time
  • Motivate and manage teams
  • Implement and execute policies and procedures
  • Increase profitability
Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years in Management
  • 3 plus years in Construction
  • Excellent computer skills, able to work with multiple systems simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Financial Statements
  • Background, drug and valid driver's license
