Come work for a successful, custom, luxury, residential home builder in beautiful Laguna Beach. We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to help with management of all project related documents related to residential construction. Will manage contracts, interact with clients, trade contractors, and associates in a professional and friendly manner. Will updating contacts/data entry/insurance policies, manage office supplies, mail, and services, pay bills for office, answer phones, help prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Job is 50% bookkeeping and 50% office administration duties.
Must have experience in Excel and QuickBooks
MUST BE ORGANIZED
Looking for a focused individual with an eye for detail, enthusiastic,pleasant personality, a backbone, who is organized, dedicated, and punctual.
Strong time management is a must
Thoroughness, able to follow-through, cooperative
Able to work independently as well as with a team
3-5 years construction experience.
