Growing company in Pomona has immediate opening for a Mandarin Customer Support Representative. This is a full time, permanent position with benefits. In this important role, you will wear multiple hats and often times communicate in MandarinChinese via email and verbally with customers and vendors in China.
Manage all phases of product development to ensure successful launch.
Working with overseas team to process samples and keep track of sample process.
Assist in communication between our internal team to quickly resolve issues as they occur.
Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revision based on feedback.
Conduct product training to customer service.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
