Job Description

Position Summary: Support company operations by assisting the Apartment Managers & Reports directly to the Office Manager

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Daily Job Duties: 100% performed inside Corporate Office

  • Reports directly to the Office Manager
  • Assists the Apartment Manager with reviewing & posting: move-ins/outs, invoices, charges, payables, Journal Entries and Rents
  • Review Resident Ledgers and reports for accuracy
  • Oversee delinquent/legal collections
  • Setup new vendors for the apartment managers
  • Corrections to Resident ledgers
  • Keep Office Manager and V.P informed of any issues with the sites/Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • N/A
No property management experience necessary
