Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Location:Huntington Beach, CA
Hours: 9am- 6pm
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk for a temp to hire opportunity for our client who is in the medical industry. They are an innovative, fast-paced company oofering opportunity for growth and excellent benefits.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages shipments of all products, materials and supplies
- Ensures all shipments are received and labeled and packaged properly
- Update management of product shortages and maintain shipping area organized and clean
- Device History Record Management (DHR)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience providing administrative support for preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication/problem solving skills.
- Excellent organization and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and easily learns different software systems.
