Responsible for calculating and analyzing rhino report card points on a monthly basis and creating action plans to improve property performance.
Responsible for the preparation, coordination and presentation of the quarterly meetings
Coordinate and manage mystery shop results.
Create action plans based on occupancy, audits, observations and reporting to effectively improve leasing skills and customer connection.
Work with Director of Training to create training course outline and schedule for the year.
Work with Brand and Marketing Manager to provide feedback and ensure brand consistency throughout the portfolio with regards to leasing, marketing, and product presentation.
Provides monthly reports to management team regarding leasing performance statistics and sales training action plans.

Knowledge of multi family renovations, exceptional sales skills and closing techniques, excellent communication and leadership, ability to write course outlines and conduct hands-on training as well as analyze data and create action plans and new methods for successfully achieving results.

Exceptional knowledge and experience with sales, leasing, customer service, revenue and expense management, maintenance management, branding, marketing communications and leadership.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook. Sufficient computer skills to learn specialized programs such as MRI, AVID, Kronos to name a few.
Must maintain reliable transportation daily, valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance.
Requires commuting to multiple communities throughout the day and work week to meet with onsite personnel at various Company properties in Southern California.
Show up to work on time, follow direction from supervisor and interact well with coworkers and residents.
Ability to give and receive feedback, as well as set and work towards personal and team goals.
Ability to work with and effectively train many different personality types.
Maintain company uniform, a professional image and attitude at all times; observing the policies and procedures of Company when conducting business with prospective VIPs, residents, vendors and Company Construction Services.
