We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Specialist in the North & South Orange County Market. As a Recruiter, you will have the chance to make a difference by matching talent with great jobs. Compensation includes base plus commission.

Job Title:Recruiter
Location: Anaheim or Irvine
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE plus bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and recruit candidates for various requisitions (temporary, temporary to hire, and direct placement)
• Receive, input, and process all client orders with complete job description, credit, and safety information
• Conduct prescreens and candidate interviews daily via phone, zoom, or in-person.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and documentation in the company applicant tracking system
• Recruiting on various job boards and social media sites
• Communicate recruiting needs and challenges to Manager

What You Need to Be Successful

• Strong understanding of recruiting/staffing industry
• 2-3 years recruiting experience preferred
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Able to effectively communicate with associates and prospective clients at all levels
