Job Description
Growing corporate office in Irvine near John Wayne Airport is adding a professional Administrate Assistant/Receptionist to their team. This is a full time, permanent position with benefits (not a temp job). Immediate opportunity, interviewing this week. Looking for someone with a positive personality and can do attitude who can help in a variety of administrative tasks. In this role you will provide front office support and customer service while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Main Duties:
  • Will be working as front desk coordinator
  • Greet incoming clients/customers
  • Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate people
  • Assist departments with over flow of work
  • Data Entry in Excel
  • Filing
  • Pick up supplies/mail for office
  • Assist with travel and expense reimbursements and other accounting related responsibilities as requested.
  • Represents company in a professional, enthusiastic manner, and communicates in a positive manner with all points of contact.
Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED with some college required. Associate Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years professional administrative support experience required. HR administrative support experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Must be able to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

This is NOT a remote position, will be working in the office,100% on site.


Pay range is $21-24 per hour depending on experience.
