Job Description
Seking an Office Manager for an Invesmnet Company. Great Opportunity!

Location-Irvine, CA
Hours- 8am-5pm.
Temp to Hire
Pay rate -$35.00-$38.00 an/hour.


The position of Office Manager reports directly to the President of the Company and requires a person a strong organizational skill. In addition to organizational skills, the Office Manager must also have the ability to overlap into to the accounting operations of the company.
Process worker’s comp payments. Administrative/Operations Checkered Flag Car Washes Review sort of daily mail Monitor Workers Comp claims Manage insurance bidding process Assist with implementation of marketing strategies. Monitor Director of Operations Maintenance Schedules. Direct retrieval sales drafts for credit card companies. Review vendor purchase guidelines for compliance with company guidelines (greeting cards/auto accessories/candy & sodas)

Process required paper work from vendors/consultants for file. Manage office supply needs. Manage banking supply needs. Real Estate Development Projects Assist on an as needed basis with coordination of various project needs.
