Job Description

Growing company in Santa Ana now hiring bilingual Call Center Manager to help lead our team! This individual will have a key role in the organization requiring strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee and motivate the team. This individual will coach and mentor representatives and perform performance evaluations in a fast paced environment, all while maintaining outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be fully Bilingual in Spanish (read/write/speak)
  • 3 years of Supervisory experience a must
  • 5 years of customer service experience with (2+ years or more in a Call Center )
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced high call volume environment with strict deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • Comfortable with 10 key & extensive data entry
