Job Description
Position: Executive/Personal Assistant
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate:$31.25 to $36.06 per hour

Job Description:
We're hiring an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO/owner and COO at our Huntington Beach facility. As an integral part of the team, you'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, organize meetings, and handle correspondence. Your role extends to assisting the CEO with personal business matters and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Essential Duties:

- Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses.
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Run errands as needed.
- Arrange detailed travel plans for business and personal trips.
- Conduct research and analysis for decision-making.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
-Other duties as assigned.

- Business-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Google Suite, Teams, Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs.
