California Faucets offers over 30 finishes to its customers. Our product is not mass-produced and is made with artisan hands. All our brass fixtures require various forms of metal finishing to achieve the high standards and quality craftsmanship we are known for. This is why the role of Metal Finisher is such a critical part of our operation. As an employee of the Cal Faucets Finishing Department, you will be involved in the following:

·Electro-stripping involves removing the outer chrome plated layer to expose the underlaying bright nickel finish. This is achieved by racking parts and dipping them in electrically charged chemical baths, rinsing and drying.

·Peeling, or unwrapping parts in preparation for further finishing is a simple process that is required before orders can be processed. It consists of verifying the type and quantity of parts against the production order form and then staging them in trays.
