Growing industrial equipment wholesaler is hiringa Branch Site Manager to join our team preferably with experience in one or more of the following areas: construction, project management, facility maintenance, or logistics management. This position is responsible for the management of the branch which includes office and field personnel, expenses, safety/risk control, vehicle fleet, building maintenance, and inventory. The successful candidate will promote a positive environment with a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievement. Expectations: • Be responsible and accountable for your own performance and continued growth and development • Accessible to customers and co-workers • Show enthusiasm and demonstrate a positive attitude • Knowledgeable and professional • Driven and take initiative Responsibilities: • Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities. • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. • Provide coaching on job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results • Direct all operational aspects of branch • Meet or exceed goals and metrics • Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and network to improve the presence and reputation of the company • Work closely with and assist project management team as needed • Ensure required maintenance and overall upkeep of company vehicles is performed • Oversee building/site upkeep and general maintenance • Attend branch progress and scheduling meetings • Provide updated progress reports and updated schedules as appropriate • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned Work Schedule: • Monday through Friday Requirements: • Education: o *Minimum: 4-year college/university degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree in business preferred or in in administration, finance, operations, or construction management
