Pay Rate: $60k - $90k Depending on Experience.

Job Description

With focus on safety, quality and productivity, the assembly supervisor is responsible for all aspects of supervising the assembly department, including training, motivating, discipling staff, improving production methods, and meeting production goals. The assembly supervisor will lead a staff of 20 to 30 employees divided in to five segments of the assembly department to complete various sub-assemblies and final assembly

Qualifications and skills:

• This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing labor performing

multiple production processes.

• Effective organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time

effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with MRP / MRP II / ERP (SAP Business One preferred)

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

• 10+ years applicable experience, or equivalent combination of education and

experience.
