Job Title
: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $17-$18per hour depending on experience.

Schedule:M-F 8 AM-5 PM flexible schedule

Location: Torrance, CA

Job Type:Temp to Hire

TheAdmin Assistantwill be responsible for the following:

Performs general office duties and miscellaneous duties for General Affairs department, and is responsible for performing the functions and the duties of the Consumer Affair Representative. Also responsible for handling a multiple telephone line switchboard for the Corporate Office and Manufacturing Plant, maintaining and providing front office services for employees, guests, vendors, and applicants


Education and/or Experience:High school degree and minimum 1 year of office experience.

Language Skills:Ability to read and write in English. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required.

Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams application.
