Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process incoming shipments for inspection
- Assist as needed with incoming inspections
- Package and prepare shipping documents for outbound shipments
- Verification and disposition of incoming receipts including, customer orders, shipping/receiving supplies, test lab materials and supplies, and various other departmental requisitions
- Packaging of products per established procedures and/or customer packaging specifications
- ESD sensitive products per ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements
- Moisture Sensitivity Levels (MSL) products per J-STD-020
- Manage stock control and reconcile in SalesTrack data storage system
- Maintenance of Shipping/Receiving documentation and records
- Perform periodic scheduled cycle counts and inventory checks
- Inter-departmental assistance with Customer/Vendor On Time Delivery
- Maintain 5s (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) organization of Warehouse
- Other duties as assigned
