INVENTORY & ORDER MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Schedule: Monday – Friday and some weekends (month end cycle counts, last Saturday/Sunday of the month).

TEMPORARY TO POSSIBLE HIRE

Paying: $16 to $20 an hour DOE!

LOCATION: FOOTHILL RANCH, CA

DESCRIPTION:

Come work for a custom packaging and fulfillment Company in Foothill Ranch, CA. The primary function of the Inventory & Order Management Analyst is to process inventory & order related functions; monitor inventory & order accuracy, prepare inventory reports, perform cycle counts & month end counts. Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory & order management transactions to assure they’re accurate and process in timely manner.

  • Order management experience.
  • Inventory experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills- ability to multi-task and work in a high volume atmosphere.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional detail orientation.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Intermediate to strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel.
  • Experience in warehouse, production or fulfillment environment a plus.
