Growing manufacturing company in Corona, CA has immediate opening for a experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!
This is a full time permanent position with great benefits. In this important role, the Manufacturing Engineer will plan and implement reliable manufacturing processes.
Overview:
Hours:8am-5pm M-F
This is a full time permanent position with great benefits. In this important role, the Manufacturing Engineer will plan and implement reliable manufacturing processes.
Overview:
- Will work to establish process consistency through process control systems.
- Will useSix Sigma or Lean Manufacturing techniques to find and eliminate root causes for waste.
- Focus on continuous improvement methodology to eliminate waste.
- Plan, implement and perform manufacturing activities of major projects as well as develop and maintain manufacturing processes associated with the specific product lines and machine equipment.
- Help in development of new or improved existing manufacturing processes to reduce cost and improve quality by applying innovative and creative technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
- 2+years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
- AutoCAD experience
- Experience in Minitab
- SOP writing and Process audits
- Capital projects management experience.
- Bills of Materials Knowledge
- Familiar withLean and Six Sigma
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office & SAP
