Operations Admin Opening in Orange County!

Pay: 50k
Location: Corona Del Mar
Duration: Direct Hire

Company Overview: Do you love jewelry and would love an opportunity to work with a company who makes custom luxury pieces? If so our client a mother daughter duo is looking for some like you for the facility in Corona Del Mar!

Job Duties Include but not limited to:
  • Create and manage all SALES ORDERS
  • Create and manage all PURCHASE ORDERS
  • Create and manage all RETURNS
  • Create and manage all INVOICING
  • Receive all shipments at office and log accordingly
  • Create and manage style numbers for new collections and custom pieces
  • Receive all shipments form ETA
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing memos to Stores, Sales people, marketing etc.
  • Run weekly back order report for PO’s
  • Send store invoice for any pieces taken or sold at show
  • Manage and organize inventor
  • Charity Donations and Gifts management
  • Office Supplies management
  • Filing
Minimum Requirements Include:
  • Previously experience working in the retail industry
  • Experience with order fulfillment a plus
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Experience utilizing Jewel Mate a plus
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong organization and time management skills
