Job Description
Growing manufacturing facility in Corona, California has immediate opportunity for a Bilingual Production Trainer to add to their team!
This is a full time, permanent position with great benefits! Early morning day shift position, working Monday-Friday.
Hours:
Monday-Friday
6 AM – 2:30 PM typically
** Must be flexible sometimes may start as early as 4am.**
Duties:
In this important role you will be training manufacturing associates in proper processes and procedures.
This will involve working on the production floor and also sometimes in class room environments when doing a group training.

Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write & speak both)
- 1-3+ years experience training employees in a production or manufacturing setting
- Familiar with continuous improvement/process improvement/Lean manufacturing
- Proficient computer skills using MS Office
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work early morning shift (as early as 4am sometimes or as late as 6am start time).
