Job Description
Hello there! Kimco is seeking a full time temp to hire Sway Bar Operator for a 2nd shift position (2pm - 10:30pm shift) for a large automotive client of ours in Corona. Pay is great at $19/hr, apply today!

? High School Graduate or equivalent work experience
? Organizational skills
? Attention to detail
? Basic computer skills
? Basic to Intermediate shop math skills
? Problem solving skills
? Ability to interpret work orders
? Previous knowledge of forklift and pallet jacks use

? Proper and Safe operation of band saw, belt grinder, hand tools, hydraulic presses, furnaces, and other shop equipment
? Processing individual bars through each stage of production
? Perform repetitive processing/forming of sway bars
? Ability to read blue prints, interpret work order requirements, and drawings specifications
? Physical inspection of each sway bar during process
? Notify Lead or Production Manager if bars are damaged or do not meet specification.
? Knowledge and use of basic and precise measuring equipment
? Ability to work in a deadline driven and fast paced environment
? Maintain a clean work area
? Compliance of all safety guidelines per machines and company policies
? Cross training in other areas and additional duties may be added

? Sitting, Standing, and bending movements: Frequent standing with breaks according to work schedule, frequent bending movements
? Repetitive work with both hands on parts and computer usage
? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at certain times
? Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and maneuver product around to staging areas
