Job Description

Operations Specialist

Location: Brea, CA 92821

The Operations Specialist will provide administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of an organization, work with operations managers and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly, and review merchandise and fill customer orders.


  • Assistant daily shipping for all orders including basic orders, collateral, and special assembly projects
  • Assist with transportation arrangements according to routing guide
  • Support monitor data management to keep accurate product code, pricing and invoicing information
  • Support compliance all transportation/vendor regulations to avoid any charge backs
  • Create RA, inspect physical return products in order to maintain the inventory accurate
  • Work with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost
  • Assist billing management and analysis report regarding operations key index
  • Help analyze and review inventory to prevent overstock or shortage
  • Coordinate EDI in order to ensure that all system changes are processed as according to change control guidelines


  • 3-5 years of experience in SCM, operations, or logistics
  • Knowledge on SAP strongly preferred
  • Proficient on PC & MS Excel
  • Understanding and ability to manage risk in operations
  • BA or higher degree in Business, logistics, or equivalent experience preferred
