Job Description

Our client is legendary leader andmanufacturerof Motorcycleslocated in Brea. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to join theirfast-growing organization. If you have experience in or enjoymotorcycles, ATVs or powersports, then this position is for you!


Position Title:

Customer Service Representative


Position summary:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.Keep records and enter data of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.Manage the necessary documentation and online forms.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Skills:

  • Software – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Must have at least 3-4 years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Motorcycles, ATV orMotorsports
