Location: Anaheim, CA
Performs a variety of duties related to General and Administrative by performing the following duties:
Answer and screen incoming calls and route accordingly.
Maintain biweekly travel and field schedules of Sales Reps and Sales/Mktg
Sort and distribute daily incoming mails and apply postage to outgoing mails.
Log outgoing Next Day and 2nd Day office packages.
Maintain janitorial, coffee and office supplies and reorder when low.
Separate and file packing slips from Logistics by department.
Match vendor invoices with receivers and obtain approval to pay from the responsible buyer/manager
Maintain Vendor/ Contractor files.
Receives orders from customers by phone, mail, fax and daily process orders to ensure prompt delivery.
Resolve customer’s inquiries and complaints by checking on delivery dates, availability of product, etc.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
(2) + years experience in clerical or similar position is preferred
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Manufacturing Software and Database software.
Must demonstrate excellent customer services skills
