In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to provide world class customer care supporting each and every one of our customer's needs to ensure a 100% satisfaction rate.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·Update and maintain customer account information
·Enter new orders and follow up with customers to ensure world class customer care
·Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer's issue, determining the cause of the issue, clarifying the best solution to solve the problem and expediting a correction or adjustment
·Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments as needed
·Review customer account balances and create order invoices
·Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
·Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
·Minimum 2+ years of working experience in a similar role
·Outstanding listening, comprehension and oral/written communication - including grammar, spelling, punctuation and writing composition skills
·Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
·Precise documentation skills with great attention to detail
·Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
·Problem solver with an analytical mindset
