Established building supply company in Orange County is growing and now hiring Customer Service Representativesto join their team! This is a full time, permanent position with excellent salary and benefits package. We provide basic product training to help you get familiar with our products.
Duties:
Greet customers warmly and determine problems, orders or other reason for calling.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customer andemployees.
Learn product knowledge to help customers with purchases.
Keep the showroom clean and properly stocked.
Assist walk in customers in person or over the phone with questions and product selection.
Determine when to forward a customer’s questions to appropriate sales staff for additional product support.
Take orders at the sales counter and or over the phone.
Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
