Job Description

Rapidly growing marketing related company in Scottsdale has immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant to their team who can hit the ground running! In this fast paced role you would be assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

This would include the following:
*Keeping an organized office flow by being the first person a customer sees when entering the office,
*Must have a pleasant demeanor to greet visitors and answer questions they may have when first arriving.
*Data entry as needed and answering /screening calls and taking messages.
*Monitor office equipment to make sure all are working properly and alert management if any issues.
*Invoice collection, preparation
*Scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms
*Expense report processing/processing payments/billing
*Purchasing
*Some payroll duties involved

REQUIREMENTS:

*2+ years of Administrative related experience
*Tech/computer savvy, can catch on quickly to new things
*Proficient in QuickBooks
*MS Office proficient
*Well versed in Excel
*Extremely detail oriented
*Great communication skills both verbal & written

HOURS: M-F 8a-5p
SALARY: $17-20 per hour depending on experience level.
