Kimco Staffing has partnered with a fast growing Manufacturing company in the East Valley and are looking forMaterial Handlersto assist in their day-to-day operations.

In this position, you will be working in a manufacturing warehouse environment pulling raw material and components from inventory. Placing and storing items in their correct location, verify inventory count on materials coming from production, assist with verifying accuracy of inventory, complete documents, logs and reports for the warehouse department, operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and shrink wrap machines, keep warehouse clean and in order.

Monday through Friday (Saturdays as needed)

Start time between 8am -9am

Payrate $15-$18 DOE

Temp-to-Perm with LOTS of room for growth!!

Requirements:

• Great communication skills needed to communicate with Supervisors/Leads regarding any production issues
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, crouch
• Must have experience operating a sitdown & standup forklift
• Must have knowledge of metric/weight conversions..(lbs, grams, kilograms, miligrams...etc)
• Must have valid AZ driver license
• Must have basic knowledge of using a computer
• Must have basic math skills (successfully complete and pass math assessment test with a test score of 70%+)
• Must posses great attention to detail and the ability to work alone and with a team
• Strongly prefer candidates with experience in the field of food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or dietary supplements.
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have High School Diploma/GED
