We are looking for a Receptionist/HR Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get your “foot in the door” in a growing industry. Spanish speaking required

 
Job Summary

Greet customers,  initiate paperwork and any required testing processes

Assist team with coordination of meetings

Screening and assisting incoming calls and directing them accordingly

Ensure all clients calls are appropriately fielded to staff

Assist with payroll processing and running any required reports

Manage inventory for all supplies

Contact clients about past due aging

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or some college

Minimum 1-2 years office experience /customer service experience

Strong organizational, verbal and written skills

Bilingual Spanish

Able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates and outside contacts

Able to adapt quickly to internal and external changes and strong ability to multi-task

Strong computer skills

This is a temp to hire position
