We are currently recruiting a Benefits Coordinator that is Savvy in Excel for our client in Santa Fe Springs.
Assist in HR with all employee benefits, enrollment and recruitment.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with benefits and Human Resources.
Must have advance level MS Excel skills with ability to create reports and manipulate data.
Must be able to communicate in Spanish due to a monolingual workforce.
Great personality, friendly demeanor and team player attitude is essential in this role.
Company requires a pre employment background and drug screen.
Position is Temp to Hire or possibly Direct Hire for the right candidate.
Hours: M-F 7:30 AM- 4: 30 PM with overtime required as needed.
Pay Rate Range: $22-$25 per hour depending on experience.
