Minimum Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Business to Business Collections a MUST
- Familiar with ERP systems
- 1 - 3 years (soft) collections experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiar with basic A/R terminology
- Must be personable and professional
- Must have a high level of organizational skills, be detail oriented, and able to multi task and work in a fast paced, growing environment
- Syteline accounting system experience a plus
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Flexible to perform other duties as assigned
- Proactively seeks additional responsibilities
- Ability to convey information effectively and actively listen and understand others.
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
