Temp to possible hire

8 hour shift may vary between 5:30 am to 5:30 pm 





Technical services representative needed for stable company that manufactures plumbing products.  This is a very important role.  Looking for someone who will take excellent care of customer inquiries about products with minimal supervision and in a positive manner, always exhibiting Company's strong commitment to outstanding customer relations, service and support of our brand.

  • Effectively handles incoming phone, mail, email and other forms of customer interactions with Technical Services, serving as an advocate and voice for the customer
  • Provides responsive and courteous service to customers with the quick and effective resolution of any customer issues and questions
  • Maintains daily records of Technical Services activities and routinely reviews data with other technicians involved – accurately synthesizes data to identify any potential areas of concern for the company
  • Interfaces with Risk Management, Quality, Product Management and other functional areas as needed to provide technical insights and act as the voice of the customer
  • Develops and maintains a solid working knowledge of Company's products, both current and past
  • Plans and schedules work activities based on priorities established in conjunction with the Technical Services Supervisor, implements policies and procedures for technical services and performs other tasks as assigned



  • High school education or equivalent – college degree preferred, but not required
  • Customer service background with developed technical acumen preferred – plumbing experience a definite plus
  • Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Listen, and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers as needed to understand their specific product issues/questions and then assist with repair/replacement of Company products
  • Capability of sitting for long periods, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling on a frequent basis
