Job Description
Hello there! Our client, a private organization in the food and beverage industry in the Inland Empire, is seeking a Call Center/Dispatch Manager to lead their team on a full time direct hire basis. Our client has a customer service team of 7, so this isn't a boiler room type of Call Center. Our client offers a stable work environment (they've been in business since the 50's). Job details and wanted experience are as follows:

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage day to day Dispatch and Call Center operations for a team of 7
  • Conduct ongoing scrum meetings to determine department challenges and ways to improve service delivery
  • Schedule staff members for their shifts to ensure consistent staff coverage, especially around vacation times, holidays, etc
  • Consistently track team performance using data analytics
  • Step in and help answer incoming and outgoing calls as needed
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a dispatch/call center environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The nuance to lead a team to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
