Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy office in Newport Beach, CA.  This role will support the Talent Acquisition Partners with scheduling, phone calls, email communication, and in person conversations with Executives, Hiring Managers and candidates. This role is a temporary role 6-9 months; room for growth within the company in other roles. To be considered for this role one must have experience scheduling calendars and assisting in a professional office.

Position Summary:
  • Supports Talent Acquisition Partners with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
  • Arrange travel for candidates through travel agency as needed. Supports Talent acquisition team by posting positions to external websites and on campus career portals.
  • Coordinates background check process, conducts reference checks and employment verifications, and executes the new hire onboarding process.
  • May perform recruitment sourcing, reviewing resumes, identification and screening of candidates for non-exempt/entry-level positions within company.
  • This is a contract position for 6-9 months
Factors For Success:
  • Requires 1 to 3 years of related administrative experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook Skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and ability to handle high volume of emails daily.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to learn on the fly
  • Strong interpersonal savvy and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, organize own workload, analyze problems and plan and propose reasonable solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires discretion and confidentiality. A confidentiality agreement will be required.
  • Must be able to collaborate with Talent Acquisition and outside teams.
