Job Description
Part Time Customer Service Rep Opening in Orange County

Our client a leader in the shatterproof, resealable and recyclable wine glass manufacturing industry is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Rep for their location in Newport Beach.

Pay: 18-22hr/ DOE
Hours: 20 Hours a week

Job Duties Include but not Limited to:
  • Processing sales orders from 3rd party systems into NetSuite in courteous, efficient and timely manner. 
  • Responsible for sending daily inventory feed to EDI partners. 
  • Checking for any new orders, accepting and inputting order information into NetSuite for fulfillment. 
  • Communicating and sending labels/packing lists to fulfillment to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time. 
  • Following up on leads as assigned.
  • Process Return Authorizations 
Minimum Qualifications Include:
  • 2-3 years of customer service work experience
  • Must be detail-oriented, accurate and proactive with excellent communication skills 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in PC based hardware and software application in both printing and office application enviornments
  • NetSuite experience a plus 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task.
