Our client in the Long Beach area, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Must be creative, highly motivated, can work independently and who is committed to continuous improvement and advancement within the company.
Main responsibilities include:
-Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence
-Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
- Review sales orders, purchase orders and input them in the ERP system
- Manage orders, schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Responsible for answering phones, data entry, customer correspondence
- Scan documents and upload them in the system
- Email documents to customers and vendors
- Organizing office files and oversee office managerial and administrative duties
- Assist management with various duties when necessary.
