Job Description
Operations and Sales Support Assistant Manager Opportunity in Orange County

Our client a leading provider of innovative technology located in Orange County is currently hiring a Operations and Sales Support Assistant Manager.

 Pay:
 $20.00-$25.00 DOE

The Operations and Sales Support Assistant Manager responsibilities includes but not limited to:
  • Verifying and maintaining records on open orders and delivery status report for each customer
  • Verifying and maintaining and updated records on incoming and outgoing shipments or both purchasing and sales departments
  • Carrying out sales and purchasing support
  • Overseeing general office administration
  • Managing packaging requirements for shipments including shipping documents (domestic and international labeling
Minimal Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Accounting background preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizations skills and attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Minimum of fiver years prior related experiences
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin HIGHLY preferred.
