Job Description

Exciting new opportunity! We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a great company located here in Orange County. 

Duties: 

Marketing
Create prospect/customer surveys related to hiring trends, hiring practices, employee morale, etc
Conduct surveys and create usable marketing reports with data collected (For customers, sales force, branch offices)
Demonstrates technical marketing skills.
Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Manage Advertising budget and Ad creation
Manage Company’s social media presence
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget 

Planning, Organizing and Managing

    Work in conjunction with Sales and Operations to develop, implement and track marketing campaigns
    Run weekly, monthly reports to track success of leads passed to branch offices/sales reps
    Meet with President weekly to review success for the week
    Discuss Lead reports with branch managers on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
    Writing and editing RFP responses for accuracy.
    Use Internet, trade publications, newspapers, etc to find new leads for sourcing
    Developing and maintain accurate, current database(s) of industry contacts for mailings.
    Organize and host seminars and webinars for clients and prospects at the Corporate office
    All reports (i.e., Daily Activity, Expense, Monthly Performance, New Accounts, etc.) must be completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.

    Training & Supervisory Duties
    Manage a staff of in-house employees (marketing coordinator and client services representative). This includes all staff administrative functions, processes and procedures and monitoring of performance


    Education, job experience and skills necessary for the Marketing Manager position:

     

    Minimum of a 4 year college degree
    Experience managing a team including performance, mentoring and developmental Strong organizational, verbal and written skills.
    Experience utilizing internet and print media for research
    Creative thinker/self-starter.
    Able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels and with outside contacts.
    Able to quickly adapt to internal/external changes to meet corporate and branch needs.
    Proficiency in the use and operation of MS Office and other software.
