Minimum Qualification Include:
- A minimum of 5 years of credit and collections experience in high volume, fast paced business to business environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience collecting from medical offices, hospitals as well as corporations and governmental agencies.
- Ability to understand and explain complex billing structures in invoice calculations.
- Interface effectively with Customer Service and Sales Management to resolve billing issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with all levels internally and externally
- Deadline goal oriented
