We are currently recruiting a Property Assistant for our client in Cerritos.
Greet tenants in person, over phone and via email.
Data Entry, scanning,filing, faxing, and copying.
Create purchase orders and schedule any maintenance required.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Office Customer Service or Property management experience.
Possess a professional presentation, an outgoing personality, communicate well and have a great attitude.

Pay Rate Range: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
