Job Description
Client Relationship Specialist

This position is responsible for working in a busy customer service department responding to customer calls and emails regarding their orders.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Aerospace/MFG background is a plus but not required (NO Retail)
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to multi-task between calls and emails and respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
