Administrative Assistant Temp

Part-time 20 hours a week flexible schedule

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

DESCRIPTION:

Part-time, administrative assistant needed for well established company that specilizes inlife insurance products,individual annuities,and mutual funds,and offers a variety of investment products and services to individuals,businesses,and pension plans.Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, copy machines, printers, etc.Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.Respond to questions and requests for information, answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.Other duties to be determined.

REQUIRED:

Wil perform administrative general office practices and procedures; general office procedures and the operation of general office equipment, including a personal computer and Windows based software with a high level of proficiency inOutlook (heavy calendaring),MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint; proper business correspondence and correct English grammar and spelling.

Type accurately at a corrected speed of 50 words per minute and demonstrate competent computer skills; understand and properly carry out written and verbal instructions; communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; work effectively under pressure, and accept accountability for the performance of duties while maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with those encountered in the performance of duties, including the general public.

DESIRED:

Experience with Concur Travel Software desired
