We guarantee that each temporary assignment given to Kimco Staffing Services will be performed in a professional, businesslike manner; that all services will be performed in a satisfactory manner; and that each Kimco employee is fully qualified to perform his or her assignment as specified by the customer. The Kimco Guarantee is provided to our customers as written certification that each Kimco Associate is unconditionally guaranteed and that, upon reasonable notice, any charges for unsatisfactory performance will be canceled. Kimco Staffing Services will, however, pay the employee, in full, for their actual time worked. We do everything in our power to ensure that all our Associates meet their commitments. In the rare instance when one of our Associates cannot complete his or her assignment, we will promptly secure a replacement and give you the first two hours free.
