Won't I get a better salary by going directly to the employer?
No, actually that is not usually the case. The fees that employers pay to staffing firms come from the thousands of dollars and hours of time they would have spent advertising for, recruiting, and screening candidates themselves. We only get paid if and when we present them with the perfect candidate for the job. Since we know our clients' budgets and keep abreast of salary trends in the fields we represent, Kimco may even be able to negotiate a higher salary for you, than you could yourself.
What if I want the freedom of a temporary assignment, but I need benefits?

How do I get paid?
Payment methods depend on the type of placement. If you are hired by one of our employer companies in a permanent position (direct-hire placement), you get your paychecks and benefits from them just like anybody else. If you go out on a temporary assignment, then you are on Kimco's payroll. We have weekly paydays, which means that for extended assignments you can expect to get a check every Friday. We even offer direct deposit.
