Kim Megonigal

CEO

Kim comes to you as the Founder/Chairman and CEO of Kimco. At the early age of 33, in the span of 12 short years, our leader and ambassador managed to transform his organization from a one-man operation to a $75 million dollar corporation. Today, he has an award-winning staffing firm (Kimco Staffing Services) with multiple specialty practices: a Professional Employer Organization (KimstaffHR) as well as a Professional Services Firm (Advantex), totaling more than 150 employees. Prior to starting Kimco, Kim worked for Thomas Temporaries, where he was able to learn the staffing business from the ground up. During his tenure, Kim performed sales and management functions in branch offices throughout Northern California and Denver, and was instrumental in Thomas’ eventual expansion to 40 offices in 15 states. At the age of 28, Kim was made President of Thomas Temporaries. Our Chairman and CEO is a graduate of Claremont Men’s College where he earned his degree in business. Kim has been nominated for Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award for two consecutive years, and has been recognized as an Orange County finalist.

Tom Megonigal

President

As President of Kimco Staffing Services, Tom Megonigal leads a company that demonstrates integrity in all that we say and do; we respect and value our clients, our associates and one another. He believes that we should never lose sight of our clients’ and associates’ needs, and continually seek opportunities to be an innovative partner bringing leading-edge technology and creativity to all business opportunities. He leads a team that is focused on achieving results and is fully accountable to our clients, our associates, our shareholders and one another. Tom began his career with Kimco in 2011 as a Sales Executive before moving to Advantex Professional Services. He was promoted to Division Leader of MediQuest in 2016. He led the transformation of that division into one of Kimco’s fastest growing units. Tom also served as Executive Vice President overseeing both the MediQuest and Advantex divisions, before taking over as President in the Fall of 2018. Through his experience working with various companies across industries, Tom developed a unique understanding of how to develop, implement, and deliver specialized staffing solutions. Prior to joining Kimco, Tom worked in the financial services industry for 3 years after graduating from Chapman University with a degree in Leadership and Organization Development.

Karim Sheikh

CFO

Karim joined our team with over 26 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations with proven success facilitating growth, acquisitions, profitability improvement, and change management from medium-sized to multi-billion dollar publicly traded, private-equity owned, and private companies. Before joining Kimco, Karim served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for a $2.5 billion private equity-owned security company with 80,000 employees and multiple locations providing security guards, security systems, janitorial, and temporary staffing services in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. Karim was a member of executive team where the company’s revenues grew from $1.4 billion to $2.5 billion in two years. He was the primary accounting officer for all divisions of the business and his responsibilities included overseeing corporate accounting, divisional controllers and tax functions including closing, consolidation, and internal and external GAAP reporting. Karim is an active Certified Public Accountant and an alumnus of Deloitte. He received a BA degree in business with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of California, Riverside.

Leticia Kelch

Vice President

Leticia is Vice President of Kimco Staffing and MediQuest. She is responsible for driving the branch operations and ensuring that our clients receive the Kimco Experience every time. Throughout her successful career with Kimco, Leticia has progressed from an Executive Recruiter, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Director to Vice President of Kimco Staffing and MediQuest. Prior to joining Kimco in 1999, Leticia had worked with several other staffing firms in the Orange County area – being promoted from Recruiter to Branch Manager. She has expertise in building teams and always putting the customer first. She was very successful in managing our on-site programs, which tripled in size from 2010 to 2012. She is a California native and is very talented in staff development and operations and is a valuable member of our executive team.

Azeddine Ouhida

Vice President of Technology, OPS, & Marketing

Azeddine is the Vice President of Technology, OPS, & Marketing for Kimco. He is responsible for driving the technology strategy and execution for the entire organization. Prior to joining the executive team in February 2011, Azeddine worked for Taco Bell America and Yum! Brands where he held various IT leadership positions. Azeddine’s extensive experience in developing, implementing and supporting technology solutions has made him a valuable asset to our company. Azeddine has his Bachelor of Science in computer information systems and his master’s in business administration from University of La Verne with three concentrations: information technology, management and leadership.

Tania Torres

PHR Director of Human Resources

Tania has been the Director of Human Resources for Kimco Staffing Services since 2012. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring that our companies attract the best talent and retain the amazing people currently working for us. Tania’s multilingual abilities allow her to relate and communicate with the wide array of employees and temporary associates working within our organization. Prior to joining Kimco, Tania served as a Human Resources Director with KimstaffHR, as an HR Manager for a Fortune 500 company with more than 40,000 employees nationwide, and as the Director of International Employee Relations for a Swedish multinational company where she was responsible for the Latin American and Western European regions. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a minor in psychology, she holds the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management Institute. Tania is active in the Orange County community and is one of the founders and board members of the SoCal Humanitarian Association of Rising Professionals (SHARP) benefiting Working Wardrobes.

Cameron Litten

Director of Sales, Premier Partnerships

Cameron joined Kimco in July of 2003 as a member of the Kimco Technology team in Torrance. Cameron has progressed in his career with Kimco and is currently the Director of Sales, Premier Partnerships. He is responsible for identifying companies who use contingent staffing and solidifying relationships by educating them on our customized solutions. Cameron also oversees our large on-site programs with a dedicated team of operational experts to support the staffing needs of our large accounts. Prior to joining Kimco, Cameron worked for several staffing companies in sales and management roles. Cameron is originally from Michigan and attended Mott Community College.
